We are in good standing with the WSIB and are happy to provide clearance certificates as requested. In 2013, Bill 119 introduced new mandatory coverage rules for most in the construction industry. Contractors without a valid clearance number face fines of up to $100,000 upon conviction. Those who hire contractors without confirming they have a valid clearance number also face serious fines and penalties.
